Happy New Year everyone! Can you believe 2017 is here? Time definitely does fly! And if you’ve made a resolution to be more organized, to cook more often from scratch, or to have dinner at the table with your family more often this year, Easy Meal Plan Sunday is just what you need to help achieve those goals!
When I don’t have a plan for dinner, we definitely end up eating out more often. Especially when things are busy and hectic! Plus, having a meal plan helps you create a grocery shopping plan, and I always save money at the store when I have a list and stick to it!
And let me tell you, every meal in this week’s plan looks like a delicious way to ring in the new year. There are several healthier recipes to help you shed a few of those extra holiday pounds, and of course, a few indulgent desserts too. We can’t be expected to quit the holiday sweets cold turkey!
