Welcome to Easy Meal Plan Sunday, featuring six dinner recipes, one breakfast, a healthier option, and two delicious desserts to help simplify your life!
For the past six weeks, my 16 year-old has been staying after school until 8:30 pm to build a robot for the FIRST Robotics competition. Which means, with my oldest in Florida serving a church mission, I’ve just been feeding myself, my husband and the 12 year-old.
Needless to say, we’ve been having a lot of leftovers. I’m so glad Robotics season is ending and I can get back in to a regular cooking routine again!
Sadly, this has forced me to think about what cooking for two will be like. But since I don’t have to face that eventually for several more years, I can think about making all of the delicious recipes in this week’s meal plan.
There are so many great, family-friendly options this week. You really can’t go wrong. I’ve definitely got my eye on that Black Forest Smoothie. And the pasta dishes will definitely be a hit with my boys.
No matter what I make this week for dinner, I’ll just be glad to have almost everyone home for dinner again!
