Peaches n’ Cream Greek Yogurt Slush

    July 28, 2015 by Danelle

With three hungry boys at home during summer break (two teenagers!) I’ve learned to keep plenty of summer snacking ideas handy at all times, and this Peaches n’ Cream Greek Yogurt Slush is an easy, refreshing treat my whole family loves.

Peaches n' Cream Greek Yogurt Slush

There’s nothing better on a hot summer afternoon that a cold, refreshing drink. And this peach slush is so tasty, I’d happily eat it for dessert too!

It’s made with Yoplait® Peaches n’ Cream Greek Yogurt,  so it’s a great source of protein. In fact, each container of Peaches n’ Cream Yogurt has 11 grams of protein, which is a big plus for me, and especially for my growing boys.

Of course, Yoplait yogurt is a great snack on its own, so I always keep a supply in the refrigerator. I often have yogurt in the afternoon, with a bit of granola on top.

I find that a high-protein afternoon snack helps give me the energy I need to make until dinner time.

I usually stock up on Yoplait yogurt when I’m at Walmart, because they always have such a good variety available, including Yoplait Original, Light, Greek, and Gogurt®.

And there are so many delicious flavors to choose from, which is great, because we all have a different favorite at my house. The Peaches n’ Cream Greek Yogurt is one of my personal favorites, which is another reason I love this peach slush so much!

Even though yogurt is such a quick, easy snack, it’s pretty hard to resist whipping up a fruity slush when it only takes 5 minutes and it’s hot outside.

The great thing about this recipe is that it can be easily adapted to use with different flavors of yogurt and a variety of frozen fruit.

And it’s so easy, my older boys can make it by themselves. Because the only thing better than a cool drink on a hot day is having someone make it for you!
