Sparkling blueberry lemonade is the perfect way to welcome warmer weather!
Why You’ll Love This Recipe
One of my favorite things to do when the weather starts to warm up is to relax on the patio with a good book and a refreshing beverage like this Sparkling Blueberry Lemonade.
It’s so easy to make a glass of lemonade extra special by adding some sparkling water and a bit of juice to the mix.
And since I love lemon and blueberry together, adding some blueberry juice to my lemonade only seemed natural.
I’m a big fan of fizzy, carbonated beverages too, so some sparkling water was a must.
This refreshing drink is such a fun, easy way to cool down on those hot summer days.
You can absolutely make your lemonade from scratch, but I usually just use a mix, or if I’m feeling particularly lazy, I’ll buy it ready made.
I often make up a single serving of sparkling blueberry lemonade using fresh lemons and my favorite sparkling water.
And of course, a handful of fresh blueberries and a lemon wedge for garnish makes this lemonade even better!
You can always adapt this recipe to serve a crowd. It’s the perfect drink for summer barbecues and potlucks.
If the weather is getting hot where you live (and even if it isn’t) this Sparkling Blueberry Lemonade really hits the spot!
Recipe Tips
- The ratios for this recipe are just suggestions. Feel free to use more lemon, blueberry juice, sugar, etc. to suit your tastes. The same applies when increasing the recipe for a crowd.
- If you have fresh mint handy, it adds great color and flavor as a garnish.
- For extra blueberry flavor, try mashing a few fresh blueberries in the bottom of your glass before adding any liquids.
Ingredients
- Lemons
- Sugar – granulated white sugar
- Blueberry juice – I like Knudsen’s brand
- Sparkling water – or lemon-lime soda or ginger ale
- Fresh blueberries – for garnish
FAQs
Can I make this lemonade with different juices? Absolutely! Almost any kind of juice will work in this recipe. Cherry is another favorite of mine.
What if I donโt like plain sparkling water? You may not mind it here, mixed with all the other flavors. But you can always use ginger-ale, or regular or diet lemon-lime soda for a sweeter drink. And you can use plain tap water too, if you prefer a non-carbonated beverage.

I love lemonade! Nothing says spring or summer more than that drink. Is there a recipe for a large serving amount? I’d love to make this for an upcoming party I’m hosting.
