Rounds of yellow summer squash coated in a seasoned cornmeal mixture, then cooked in the air fryer until they're tender and crispy.

Really good and super easy to make.  I'll be making these again soon.

Air frying makes this a more healthy version of fried squash.

I tried this recipe and it is definitely a keeper.
