Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1 small red pepper diced
  • 1 cup chopped cooked ham
  • 2-3 green onions chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease a 9-inch square pan.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour egg mixture into prepared pan.
  • Bake until golden brown and puffy, about 23 minutes. Serve warm.
