- 8 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1 small red pepper diced
- 1 cup chopped cooked ham
- 2-3 green onions chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease a 9-inch square pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour egg mixture into prepared pan.
Bake until golden brown and puffy, about 23 minutes. Serve warm.
