Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 16 ounces corn fresh or frozen
  • 2 ounces cream cheese softened
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • I a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter and honey together. Add the corn and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Stir in the cream cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  • Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
