Apricot Almond Baked Brie

This easy but elegant appetizer uses just three ingredients and comes together in minutes. Perfect for last minute guests or party invitations.

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz. brie round
  • 2-3 tablespoons apricot jam
  • 2 tablespoons chopped or sliced almonds toasted

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease a small baking dish, oven-safe skillet or large ramekin that will hold the Brie.
  • Use a sharp knife to remove the rind from the Brie, being carefully not to remove too much of the cheese. Place the Brie in the prepared dish.
  • Spread the apricot jam over the Brie. Bake, uncovered, for 12-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Sprinkle the toasted almonds over the Brie. Serve with crackers, baguettes or sliced apples.
