Ingredients

  • 2-3 dried bay leaves
  • 1 tablespoon celery salt
  • 1 tablespoon hot paprika
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions

  • Finely crush or grind the bay leaves using a spice grinder or mortar and pestle.
  • In a small bowl, combined the ground bay leaves and the remaining spices. Mix well.
  • Cover and store in an airtight container for up to one year.
