Apple Pomegranate Salad

An easy holiday salad with apples, pomegranates and chocolate chips. So festive and pretty, it's perfect for Christmas dinner!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 6 red apples chopped
  • 2 pomegranates seeded (reserve some for garnish)
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Using an electric mixer, whip cream until soft peaks form. Fold in sugar.
  • Place chopped apples in a large bowl. Add whipped cream (you may have extra, but use as much as you'd like) and stir.
  • Gently fold in chocolate chips and pomegranate seeds. Chill until serving. Garnish with reserved pomegranate seeds. Best eaten the day it's made.
