Greek Pasta Salad

Rotini pasta is combined with tomatoes, peppers, olive, feta and pepperoni, then tossed in an olive oil and vinegar dressing in this easy-to-make pasta salad recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar
  • 16 ounces rotini pasta
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 red bell pepper chopped
  • 3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 3 green onions sliced thin
  • 1 4 oz. can sliced black olives
  • 3/4 cup sliced pepperoni cut into strips

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  • Meanwhile, in a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, garlic salt, basil, oregano, black pepper, and sugar.
  • Add cooked pasta, tomatoes, red peppers, feta cheese, green onions, olives, and pepperoni. Toss until evenly coated.
  • Cover and chill 2 hours or overnight.
