Greek Pasta Salad
Rotini pasta is combined with tomatoes, peppers, olive, feta and pepperoni, then tossed in an olive oil and vinegar dressing in this easy-to-make pasta salad recipe.

- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon white sugar
- 16 ounces rotini pasta
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 red bell pepper chopped
- 3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 3 green onions sliced thin
- 1 4 oz. can sliced black olives
- 3/4 cup sliced pepperoni cut into strips
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, garlic salt, basil, oregano, black pepper, and sugar.
Add cooked pasta, tomatoes, red peppers, feta cheese, green onions, olives, and pepperoni. Toss until evenly coated.
Cover and chill 2 hours or overnight.
