Cranberry Butter

Fresh cranberries, honey, cinnamon and orange zest are mixed with softened butter to make this delightful spread.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound 2 cups butter, softened
  • 1 cup chopped fresh cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Zest of one medium orange

Instructions

  • Using an electric mixer, whip butter until light and fluffy. Mix in remaining ingredients until everything is well combined.
  • Store in refrigerator. Bring to room temperature before serving.
