Easy Slow Cooker BBQ Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons Italian dressing and seasoning mix
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Season chicken with salt and pepper, then place in a lightly greased slow cooker.
  • In a medium bowl, stir together remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
  • Remove chicken from slow cooker and shred with two forks. Return shredded chicken to sauce for 10-15 minutes before serving.
