Easy Chocolate Mousse

Chocolate mousse doesn't need to be difficult to make to be delicious. This simple chocolate mousse recipe turns out perfectly every time!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 8 ounces semi sweet chocolate chopped
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  • Heat marshmallows, chocolate and milk in a saucepan over medium low heat, stirring constantly, until marshmallows and chocolate are melted. Cool completely.
  • Beat heavy cream in a large bowl until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold cooled chocolate mixture in whipped cream until well mixed.
  • Spoon or pipe into dessert dishes. Refrigerate until set, about 3 hours.
