Ingredients

  • 8 Roma tomatoes diced
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1 small jalapeno seeded and finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
