Ingredients
2tablespoonsreduced sodium soy sauce
2teaspoonssesame oil
1clovegarlicminced
Pinchof pepper
2 1/2 to 3cupscookedshredded chicken
28 oz. packages cream cheese, softened
3/4cupsweet and sour sauce
1cupfresh spinachchopped
2-3green onionssliced
1/4cupchopped salted peanuts
1tablespoonsesame seeds
Rice crackersfor serving
Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic and pepper. Add chicken and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Spread the cream cheese in an even layer on a large serving plate. Spread sweet and sour sauce over cream cheese. Sprinkle with spinach, chicken, green onions, peanuts and sesame seeds.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Serve with rice crackers for dipping.
