Ingredients
1head cauliflowerabout 4 cups florets
1/2cupwater
1/2cupmilk
1cupflour
1teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoonpaprika
1/2teaspooncumin
1/8teaspooncayenne pepper
Salt and pepperto taste
3/4 to 1cuphot sauce or Buffalo wing sauce
1tablespoonbuttermelted
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line baking sheets with foil and spray generously withe non-stick cooking spray.
Cut cauliflower into bite size pieces. In a medium bowl, mix the water, milk, flour, spices and salt and pepper.
Dip each pieces of cauliflower in the batter, shaking off any excess. Place in an even layer on prepared baking sheets.
Bake for 18-20 minutes, flipping once halfway through, until golden brown. Meanwhile, prepare sauce by combining hot sauce and butter in a large bowl; set aside.
Remove cauliflower from oven and toss in hot sauce mixture to coat well. Return to baking sheet and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until cauliflower reaches desired crispness. Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
