These adorable mini parfaits, layered with granola, yogurt and fresh fruit, are a quick and easy treat that's perfect for breakfast, brunch, dessert or snacking.

Ingredients

For each parfait

  • 1-2 tablespoons granola
  • 1-2 tablespoons yogurt
  • 1-2 tablespoons fresh berries or diced fresh fruit

Instructions

  • For each parfait, layer granola and yogurt in mini dessert cups or glasses. Top with fresh fruit and mint if desired.
  • For larger parfaits, you may need to repeat the layers. Chill until serving. Best served within 1-2 hours.
