Why You’ll Love This Recipe
Everyone needs a few quick and easy entertaining ideas in their recipe repertoire, and these Mini Fruit and Yogurt Parfaits are perfect for almost any occasion.
Honestly, this is more of an idea than a recipe, but it’s a beautiful, simple and delicious idea that’s sure to impress everyone at your next party or gathering.
These mini parfaits are especially great for a Mother’s Day breakfast or brunch, and are something easy for kids to put together for breakfast in bed for mom.
They’d also work for baby showers, birthday parties, and most summer celebrations, like Memorial Day and Independence Day.
I always like to include some healthy options when I’m entertaining, and these parfaits are a great way to offer a sweet treat that’s light and nutritious.

Feel free to use your favorite store-bought granola, or make your own homemade granola. I usually go with plain vanilla yogurt, but you can change that up as well.
My favorite toppings are berries and a sprig of fresh mint, but any diced fresh fruit, like peaches, pineapple or kiwi also work well.
Amazon offers a wide variety of mini plastic dessert cups like the ones I used here. I link to them in the recipe card, but you can also find mini cups that are short, wide, round, etc.
Of course, you could also use mini Mason jars for slightly larger but still individual sized parfaits. The amounts of fruit, yogurt and granola you need will vary depending on the size of your dessert cups and the quantity you want to make.
But you’ll definitely want to serve these Mini Fruit and Yogurt Parfaits at your next get together. They’re easy but elegant and always a hit!
