Patriotic Party Mix
Rice cereal, pretzels, marshmallows and chocolate candy pieces are coated in white chocolate and finished off with red, white and blue sprinkles in this fun and easy Independence Day treat.

Ingredients
- 7-8 cups Rice Chex cereal
- 3 cups mini pretzel twists
- 3 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 1/2 cups red white and blue M&M's
- 30 ounces white chocolate
- Red white and blue sprinkles, for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine cereal, pretzels, marshmallows and M&M's.
- In a microwave safe bowl, melt white chocolate at 50% power until smooth. Pour over cereal mixture and toss to coat evenly.
- Transfer mixture to a parchment lined baking sheet and top with sprinkles. Refrigerate until chocolate is set, then break into bite-size pieces before serving.
