Cod fillets with a panko and Parmesan coating, finished off with a delicious lemon cream sauce.

Panko Parmesan Crusted Cod

Tried this recipe last week.   It was absolutely delicious and will be a repeat dish in our house.

The recipe will work with any firm white fish, including halibut, flounder and tilapia.

I can never seem to get fish just right, but this was perfect.  My whole family loved it.

Tips for cooking fish: Cooking Time - measure your fish at the thickest part, then aim for about 10 min of cooking time per inch. Is It Done -  To test for doneness, insert a knife into the flesh at the thickest part.  It should be just barely translucent at the center.
