fresh shrimp
peeled and deveined
Instructions
Place everything but the shrimp in a blender and puree until smooth.
Add the marinade and the shrimp to a large, zip top plastic bag and seal. Refrigerate for 30-60 minutes.
Lightly oil grill and preheat to the searing setting. Thread shrimp onto skewers.
Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side. Do not overcook.
