Chicken is slow cooked with Greek seasonings, then piled onto flatbread with tomatoes, peppers, feta cheese and tzatziki sauce.

Ingredients

skinless
boneless chicken breasts

cloves
garlic
minced

medium onion
thinly sliced

teaspoons
dried oregano
1 1/2
teaspoons
lemon pepper

teaspoon
ground allspice
1/4
teaspoon
salt
1/2
cup
plain Greek yogurt
1
tomato
sliced

medium red pepper
sliced
Feta cheese
Pita bread or flatbread

tzatziki sauce
Instructions
In a slow cooker, combine chicken, onion, garlic, oregano, lemon-pepper, allspice and salt.
Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
Remove chicken from slow cooker and shred.
Stir 1/2 cup yogurt into onions and juices in slow cooker.
Return chicken to slow cooker and stir to combine with yogurt sauce.
Use a slotted spoon to stuff warmed pitas or flatbread with chicken mixture.
Top with tomato, red pepper, feta and
tzatziki sauce
.
