Frozen Blackberry Cream Pie
Blackberry preserves, sweetened cream cheese and whip cream come together in this smooth and creamy frozen pie.

graham cracker pie crust
prepared or homemade

whipping cream

cup
sugar

8 ounce block cream cheese, softened

teaspoon
lemon juice

teaspoon
salt

cup
seedless blackberry preserves
Fresh blackberries
for garnish
Instructions
Beat whipping cream and sugar with an electric mixer at high speed until
stiff peaks
form; set aside.
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
Beat in lemon juice and salt. Add blackberry preserves and stir to mix well.
Fold in whipped cream and spoon the mixture into the prepared crust. Cover and freeze for 4 hours, or until firm.
