Baked BLT Dip

This warm, cheesy dip is loaded with crispy bacon, tomatoes and cheddar. Always a hit at parties or on game day!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound bacon cooked
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium tomato seeded and chopped
  • 2-3 green onions chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Additional green onions cooked bacon, tomato, and lettuce for garnish, if desired

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a medium bowl, stir together mayonnaise, sour cream, cream cheese and garlic until smooth. Crumble bacon into mixture and stir.
  • Add cheddar cheese, green onions, and tomato and mix well. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  • Spread mixture into a shallow dish or pie pan and bake for 20 minutes or until bubbling.
  • Garnish with additional green onions, tomato, crumbled bacon and shredded lettuce, if desired. Serve warm with chips or sliced baguettes.
