Avocado Serrano Cream Sauce
The perfect accompaniment to tacos, burritos, grilled steak and chicken, veggies, tortilla chips and so much more! You'll want to put this mildly spicy, creamy sauce on everything.

- 3 ripe avocados pitted and chopped
- 1-2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
- 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk plus more as needed
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Place everything in a blender and puree until smooth. Add more milk, as needed, to reach desired consistency.
Taste and adjust seasoning, if needed. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
