Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease cookie sheets with non-stick cooking spray, or line with parchment paper.
With an electric mixer, cream together peanut butter, butter and sugars. Mix in eggs, vanilla and corn syrup.
Stir in baking soda and salt until well combined. Stir in oats, then chocolate chips and M&M's.
Using and ice cream scoop or 1/4 cup measuring cup, drop dough 2 inches apart on prepared baking sheets. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until just golden. Allow to cool 5-10 minutes on pan before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
