Slow Cooker Honey Sriracha Chicken

Why You’ll Love This Recipe

Today I’m sharing what might just be the easiest slow cooker chicken I’ve ever made. Really! All it takes is just a few ingredients and 4 hours in a slow cooker to make this sweet and spicy Slow Cooker Honey Sriracha Chicken.

This is one of those recipes everyone needs up their sleeve for those crazy days when getting a hot meal on the table can be a real challenge. Trust me, this one’s a keeper!

This tender shredded chicken has a great kick to it, thanks to the Sriracha sauce, but I wouldn’t say it’s overly spicy.

We like serving it in tacos, but it also makes great burritos and burrito bowls. Just fill your favorite tortillas and add your favorite toppings.

We love lettuce, tomato, guacamole and sour cream, but the possibilities are endless. You could even serve it over rice.

And like I said, it doesn’t get any easier than this. You literally throw everything in the slow cooker and walk away. By the time dinner is ready, the chicken practically shreds itself!

Whenever I know it’s going to be a hectic week, I put this chicken on the menu. My whole family loves it, and I know it will only take me a few minutes to prep dinner.

And it’s so much better than eating out! I always keep the ingredients on hand because I know I’ll be able to throw together a crowd pleasing meal at a moment’s notice. Like I said, this one’s a keeper!

My whole family loves this chicken! Even my picky eaters go back for seconds. And that makes it winner in my book!
