Pink Lemonade Ice Cream

Why You’ll Love This Recipe

We’ve had so much fun making homemade ice cream this summer, and this Pink Lemonade Ice Cream is our favorite so far.

Making your own ice cream is just so fun, and this pretty lemonade flavor has summer written all over it! We did add a bit of pink food coloring for color, but that is totally optional.

Besides being a great summertime treat, this ice cream is also easy to make. We just took our favorite vanilla ice cream recipe and added some pink lemonade concentrate and a bit of lemon zest.

Of course, you could also make this with other flavors of juice concentrate. Raspberry lemonade and limeade are next on my list to try.

This pink lemonade ice cream is a little bit sweet, a little bit tart, and perfectly creamy and delicious! I hope you love it as much as we do!

Ingredients

I am confused about this recipe. It says to mix ‘all’ the ingredients together. Then later it states to add the milk/cream mixture.

You add the milk/cream mixture that you previously mixed together to the bowl of your ice cream maker to freeze it.
