No-Bake Cherry Cheesecake Dessert

Why You’ll Love This Recipe

Everyone needs an easy but elegant dessert recipe in their repertoire, and this No-Bake Cherry Cheesecake Dessert is perfect for just about any occasion.

Made with a few simple ingredients, and with no-baking required, you can literally whip up this pretty, parfait-style dessert in about 15 minutes.

Well, fifteen minutes once you’ve softened your cream cheese, but still…..it’s just really quick and easy. And if you need a gluten-free version, simply leave out the graham cracker crust.

My mom always made a version of this in a 9×13 pan, but I really love the look of the individual servings. You can use just about any type of glassware you have for these cheesecakes, including Mason jars.

This dessert is just so pretty and, for obvious reasons, would be perfect for Valentine’s day, whether you’re feeding a whole family, or making a romantic dinner for two.

No-Bake Cherry Cheesecake Dessert

I usually opt for canned cherry pie filling in this recipe, for convenience sake, but you could certainly serve this with homemade cherry pie filling. Or almost any kind of pie filling you choose!

The number of servings you get will depend entirely on what size of glasses you use, but I usually get about four when I use the style of glasses pictured.

For more servings, the 4 oz. mini Mason jars are a great option. And if you have little helpers at home, this is a great recipe for them to help you with in the kitchen.

My husband loves absolutely any dessert that involves cheesecake and/or cherries, so this No-Bake Cherry Cheesecake Dessert was a huge hit at my house.

I hope you love it as much as we do!
