These are great!  So simple, but so full of flavor.

Serve with tortilla chips for a appetizer of light snack, or use it to top your favorite Tex-Mex dishes.

Tips for choosing and storing Tomatoes: Appearance: Look for plump, heavy tomatoes with smooth skins. Avoid blemishes and deep cracks. Storing: Cold damages tomatoes and stops ripening, so as a rule don't refrigerate them.
