Welcome to the Let’s Dish weekly Easy Meal Plan! Every Saturday, I’ll provide seven dinner ideas–one for every day of the week–plus two desserts to try during the week. To make your life even easier, every dinner idea will include a suggested side dish. Happy cooking!

ITALIAN SLOPPY JOE SUB SANDWICHES — These hearty meat sandwiches are loaded with beef, sausage and mozzarella cheese and are great for serving a crowd. They’re perfect for game day too!
Side Dish Suggestion: Creamy Cucumber Dill Salad

-SATURDAY-

CHICKEN AND SPINACH ENCHILADAS — A cheesy chicken and spinach mixture is rolled in flour tortillas and baked in a creamy green chile sauce.
Side Dish Suggestion: Cheesy Green Chili Rice

-SUNDAY-

CHICKEN WITH MUSTARD CREAM SAUCE — This easy chicken dish, with a creamy mustard sauce, is on the table in about 20 minutes!
Side Dish Suggestion: Roasted Broccoli with Breadcrumbs

-DESSERT-

EASY PINEAPPLE ORANGE LAYER CAKE — Infused with tropical flavors like orange and pineapple, and frosted with a pineapple whipped cream, this easy layered cake is as pretty as it is delicious.

EASY CHOCOLATE MOUSSE — Chocolate mousse doesn’t need to be difficult to make to be delicious. This simple chocolate mousse recipe turns out perfectly every time!
