SPARKLING BLUEBERRY LEMONADE — Sparkling blueberry lemonade is the perfect way to welcome warmer weather!

    Sparkling Blueberry Lemonade

By the time spring rolls around in Colorado, I am so ready to open all the windows and dust off  the patio furniture. One of my favorite things to do when the weather starts to warm up is to relax on the deck with a good book and a refreshing beverage like this Sparkling Blueberry Lemonade.

It’s so easy to make a glass of lemonade extra special by adding some sparkling water and an R.W. Knudsen Family® Single Fruit Juice to the mix.

I love lemon and blueberry together, so adding their Just Blueberry™ juice to my lemonade only seemed natural.

The R.W. Knudsen Family Single Fruit Juice line is all about celebrating the simplicity in life.

Their single-fruit products deliver delicious, full fruit flavor because they’re made with juice concentrates. These unsweetened, 100 percent juices are perfect for pairing with your favorite drinks, smoothies, breakfast creations and more!

The possibilities are almost endless! Just don’t be afraid to try something new, like a Purple Pleasing Tofu Smoothie.

And with so many flavors to choose from, like Just Black Cherry™, Just Blueberry™, Just Cranberry™, Just Pomegranate™, Organic Just Concord Grape™, and Organic Just Tart Cherry™,  it’s easy to add a variety of flavors to your favorite spring beverages.

Whether you make your lemonade from scratch, use a mix, or buy it ready made, adding a splash of Just Blueberry juice is the perfect way to welcome spring.

    Sparkling Blueberry Lemonade

Since I have time to relax outside while my kids are at school, I usually just make up a single serving of sparkling blueberry lemonade using fresh lemons and my favorite sparkling water.

And of course, a handful of fresh blueberries for garnish makes it even better!

    Sparkling Blueberry Lemonade

You can always adapt this recipe to serve a crowd. Flavored lemonades are perfect for springtime gatherings like Mother’s Day Brunches and baby showers. And this Sparkling Blueberry Lemonade really hits the spot after a day of working in the garden!

I love lemonade! Nothing says spring or summer more than that drink. Is there a recipe for a large serving amount? I’d love to make this for an upcoming party I’m hosting.

I don’t have a larger recipe, but you could easily adjust this one for a larger crowd.

Great recipe, thanks for sharing! We tried a similar one with mint, so really keen to try this one too for some variety!
