Soft and chewy bar cookies loaded with dried cranberries, macadamia nuts and white chocolate. An easy holiday treat!
Cranberries. White Chocolate. Macadamia nuts. Three things I love in one delicious bar cookie, and let me tell you, these White Chocolate Cranberry Macadamia Bars are a heavenly combination of flavors.
These festive bars have melted white chocolate mixed right into the batter! Plus a drizzle of melted white chocolate on top.
And cranberries and macadamia nuts were meant to be together. Even better, these bars are so easy to make, and that’s important at a time of the year when things can get kind of hectic.
These are one of those treats I had to hide from myself, because I just couldn’t stop eating them! And I may have had them for breakfast once or twice.
These festive, chewy, delicious bars are always a favorite on my holiday cookie trays, and I never fail to have someone ask for the recipe every year.
One of my favorite things about this recipe is that the bars stay super soft and chewy, even after a few days. Plus, they freeze beautifully, so you can make them well ahead of time.
Hiding them in the freezer also keeps me from eating them all at once–believe me, you will be tempted! This is the perfect treat to bring to any holiday gathering, whether it’s elegant or casual.
If you love easy and delicious, you’re going to want to make these White Chocolate Cranberry Macadamia Bars as soon as possible!

Mine didn’t come even close to this. Mine look like cookie bars not nice and white and thick like these. Followed the recipe exactly. I even went back to the original on Better home and Gardens site. no picture.

They are cookie bars Rose, so that’s how they should come out. I’m sorry if that’s not what they look like in the picture.
