    Welcome to the Let’s Dish weekly Easy Meal Plan! Every Saturday, I’ll provide seven dinner ideas–one for every day of the week–plus two desserts to try during the week. To make your life even easier, every dinner idea will include a suggested side dish. Happy cooking!


    Easy Meal Plan 14

    -MONDAY-

    SLOW COOKER BUFFALO CHICKEN RIGATONI — Chicken is slow cooked in a creamy buffalo sauce, then paired with rigatoni pasta and topped with blue cheese crumbles and chopped green onion in this hearty dinner favorite.
    Side Dish Suggestion: Blue Cheese Pull Apart Bread

    Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Rigatoni

    -TUESDAY-

    SLOW COOKER KOREAN BEEF — Beef roast is slow cooked in a mixture of soy sauce, brown sugar, sriracha, ginger and spices, then served over rice and garnished with green onion
    Side Dish Suggestion: Roasted Asparagus with Garlic Balsamic Drizzle

    -WEDNESDAY-

    BEST BROCCOLI CHEESE SOUP — This creamy, flavorful broccoli cheese soup is the perfect comfort food on a cold day! It’s sure to become a family favorite.

    -THURSDAY-

    BAKED CHICKEN SPINACH SPAGHETTI — This rich and creamy baked pasta dish features chicken, spinach and spaghetti in a cheesy Alfredo style sauce. It’s comfort food the whole family will love.
    Side Dish Suggestion: Parmesan Garlic Breadsticks

    SLOW COOKER SWEET AND SOUR  MEATBALLS — Meatballs, pineapple and peppers slow cooked in a tangy sweet and sour glaze.

    -SATURDAY-

    SLOW COOKER FRENCH DIP SANDWICHES — Beef roast is cooked until tender, shredded, and served on crusty sub buns with melted cheese and a side of au jus.
    Side Dish Suggestion: Cajun Roasted Potatoes with Creole Dipping Sauce

    -SUNDAY-

    ORANGE MAPLE GLAZED SALMON — Salmon coated in a maple orange glazed and broiled to perfection. Ready in 10 minutes!
