    Welcome to the Let’s Dish weekly Easy Meal Plan! Every Saturday, I’ll provide seven dinner ideas–one for every day of the week–plus two desserts to try during the week. To make your life even easier, every dinner idea will include a suggested side dish. Happy cooking!


    Easy Meal Plan Week 4

    -MONDAY-

    BROWNED BUTTER GNOCCHI WITH THYME — Gnocchi pasta in a savory browned butter and herb sauce. An easy but elegant dinner!
    Side Dish Suggestion: Easy Sauteed Garlic Asparagus

    -TUESDAY-

    EASY SLOW COOKER ORANGE CHICKEN — Better than take-out orange chicken made in the slow cooker!
    Side Dish Suggestion: Snap Pea Poppy Seed Salad

    -WEDNESDAY-

    SLOW COOKER HONEY SRIRACHA CHICKEN — Chicken breasts are slow cooked in a blend of sriracha sauce, honey and lime juice, then shredded for tacos, burritos or sandwiches.
    Side Dish Suggestion: Best Cilantro Lime Rice

    -THURSDAY-

    CHICKEN AND SPINACH ENCHILADAS — A cheesy chicken and spinach mixture is rolled in flour tortillas and baked in a creamy green chile sauce.
    Side Dish Suggestion: Cheesy Green Chili Rice

    -FRIDAY-

    CHIPOTLE CHILI DOGS — Traditional chili dogs are given a smoky, spicy kick thanks to the addition of chipotle peppers in adobo. Topped with spicy sour cream, cheddar cheese and green onions, these Southwest inspired chili dogs are bound to be a hit!
    Side Dish Suggestion: Pineapple Black Bean Salsa and tortilla chips

    -SATURDAY-

    PRESSURE COOKER BEEF STROGANOFF — Made in the Instant Pot, this is the most tender beef stroganoff you’ll ever have!
    Side Dish Suggestion: Sauteed Buttered Leeks

    -SUNDAY-

    ORANGE GORGONZOLA CHICKEN — An orange marmalade sauce and crumbled Gorgonzola cheese top sauteed chicken breasts in this easy but elegant meal.

    -DESSERT-

    OLD FASHIONED PEACH COBBLER — Fresh peaches, cinnamon and a simple cobbler batter come together in this old fashioned recipe.
