Cookie Crunch Snack Mix

If you love cookies (and who doesn’t love cookies), then you’re going to love this crunchy, sweet, fun and easy to make Cookie Crunch Snack Mix.

As my husband put it, “Of course it’s good! It’s basically a big bucket of cookies.” Or to be more precise, it’s a big bucket of miniature cookies. And what’s not to love about that?

There are so many miniature version of your favorite store-bought cookies available now, the possibilities for what you can add to this cookie-themed snack mix are almost endless.

I even saw several versions of organic, gluten-free and “healthy” miniature cookie options while I was shopping for this recipe. Not that I would call this snack healthy, but you could certainly make it “healthier” or adapt it for those with dietary restrictions.

Really, this is more of an idea than a recipe, so consider my suggestions a starting point, but feel to add or subtract ingredients based on what you love and what’s available at your local supermarket.

Cookie Crunch Snack Mix

For the sake of variety in taste and texture, I added a few small chocolate candies to my snack mix. I chose Whoppers and Reese’s Minis, but any kind of chocolate coated candy would work just as well.

As far as what MUST go into this recipe, that’s really up to you. But I consider the Cookie Crisp Cereal, the Mini Nutter Butter cookies, and the Cookies and Cream Drops essential.

Other options you could include, that I haven’t listed in my recipe, are things like Teddy Grahams, Cookie Dough Bites and Mini Chips Ahoy.

Just peruse the cookie aisle at your grocery store and grab whatever strikes you fancy. Then toss everything together in a big bowl and you have an irresistible sweet treat!

This Cookie Crunch Snack Mix is super easy to make, super fun to eat, and it’s sure to be a hit with kids and adults of all ages!
