SLOW COOKER CHICKEN CURRY — This coconut milk based chicken curry simmers all day in the slow cooker for an easy, flavorful dinner. Serve with your favorite toppings!
Side Dish Suggestion: Indian Naan Bread

-FRIDAY-

CREAMY SOUTHWEST CORN CHOWDER — This hearty Southwest style soup features chicken, black beans, corn and peppers in a slightly spicy, creamy broth. Top with shredded cheese and avocado for a heartwarming lunch or dinner.
Side Dish Suggestion: Pumpkin Cornbread

-SATURDAY-

CHICKEN AND SPINACH ENCHILADAS — A cheesy chicken and spinach mixture is rolled in flour tortillas and baked in a creamy green chile sauce.
Side Dish Suggestion: Cheesy Green Chili Rice

-SUNDAY-

SLOW COOKER ITALIAN POT ROAST — Roast beef, mushrooms, carrots and onion, slow cooked in a tomato based sauce with Italian seasonings, then served over noodles.

-DESSERT-

STICKY APPLE PUDDING CAKE WITH CARAMEL SAUCE — This warm, gooey cake is loaded with fresh apples and spices, then drizzled with homemade caramel sauce for the ultimate fall dessert.

CRISPY CHEWY CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES — Loaded with chocolate chips, these cookies have a chewy middle and a crispy outside. The perfect chocolate chip cookie!
