    Welcome to the Let’s Dish weekly Easy Meal Plan! Every Saturday, I’ll provide seven dinner ideas–one for every day of the week–plus two desserts to try during the week. To make your life even easier, every dinner idea will include a suggested side dish. Happy cooking!


    Meal Plan 18

    -MONDAY-

    BEST SLOW COOKER SPAGHETTI SAUCE — Ground beef and tomato sauce, simmered in the slow cooker with garlic and plenty of seasonings makes this the tastiest spaghetti sauce you’ll ever try!
    Side Dish Suggestion: Easy Parmesan Garlic Knots

    -TUESDAY-

    CREAMY TOMATO PARMESAN SOUP — Homemade tomato soup with fresh basil and Parmesan cheese. You many never eat the canned stuff again after trying this easy recipe.
    Side Dish Suggestion: Parmesan Garlic Breadsticks

    KING RANCH CHICKEN CASSEROLE — Tortillas, chicken, peppers, cheese and a creamy sauce are layered together in this crowd-pleasing Southwest casserole.

    PUMPKIN PECAN CRUNCH BARS — These pumpkin pie-style bars feature a nutty crust and a brown sugar and pecan streusel topping. A great alternative to pumpkin pie that will feed a Thanksgiving crowd!
