THREE CHEESE STUFFED SHELLS –Jumbo pasta shells stuffed with three cheeses and seasonings, then baked in your favorite marinara sauce.
Side Dish Suggestion: Parmesan Garlic Breadsticks
-FRIDAY-
TEX-MEX TATER TOT CASSEROLE — A Southwest seasoned ground beef filling with black beans and corn is topped with cheese and crunchy tater tots in this remake of a classic hot dish.
Side Dish Suggestion: Mexican Street Corn
-SATURDAY-
SLOW COOKER SRIRACHA BEEF STREET FRIES — Spicy shredded beef is served over french fries and topped with a creamy cilantro lime dressing in this homemade take on food truck fare.
Side Dish Suggestion: Potato Chip Crusted Grilled Corn
-SUNDAY-
SOY SAUCE AND BROWN SUGAR GRILLED SALMON — Salmon fillets are marinated in a sweet soy sauce mixture, then grilled to perfection in this easy, restaurant quality seafood dinner.
Side Dish Suggestion: Orzo with Roasted Vegetables

MINI BLACK FOREST CHEESECAKES — Decadent chocolate cheesecakes, baked in mini Mason jars and topped with cherry pie filling, whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
