    Let’s Dish Easy Meal Plan (Week 19)

    Welcome to the Let’s Dish weekly Easy Meal Plan! Every Saturday, I’ll provide seven dinner ideas–one for every day of the week–plus two desserts to try during the week. To make your life even easier, every dinner idea will include a suggested side dish. Happy cooking!


    Meal Plan 19

     

    -MONDAY-

    CREAMY TUSCAN RAVIOLI SOUP — A creamy tomato based broth is loaded with cheesy ravioli, fresh spinach and Italian sausage in this hearty, crowd-pleasing soup the whole family will love.
    Side Dish Suggestion: Rustic Rosemary Bread

    -TUESDAY-

    STICKY GARLIC NOODLES — Linguine noodles in a soy, brown sugar, and garlic sauce, with plenty of green onions. On the table in 15 minutes!
    Side Dish Suggestion: Roasted Broccoli with Breadcrumbs

    -WEDNESDAY-

    EASY CASHEW CHICKEN — Tender chicken and toasted cashews in an Asian inspired sauce. Ready in 30 minutes or less!
    Side Dish Suggestion: Ham Fried Rice

    -THURSDAY-

    THREE CHEESE STUFFED SHELLS –Jumbo pasta shells stuffed with three cheeses and seasonings, then baked in your favorite marinara sauce.

    -FRIDAY-

    TEX-MEX TATER TOT CASSEROLE — A Southwest seasoned ground beef filling with black beans and corn is topped with cheese and crunchy tater tots in this remake of a classic hot dish.

    -SATURDAY-

    SLOW COOKER SRIRACHA BEEF STREET FRIES — Spicy shredded beef is served over french fries and topped with a creamy cilantro lime dressing in this homemade take on food truck fare.

    -SUNDAY-

    SOY SAUCE AND BROWN SUGAR GRILLED SALMON — Salmon fillets are marinated in a sweet soy sauce mixture, then grilled to perfection in this easy, restaurant quality seafood dinner.
    Side Dish Suggestion: Orzo with Roasted Vegetables
