    Let’s Dish Easy Meal Plan (Week 30)

    Welcome to the Let’s Dish weekly Easy Meal Plan! Every Saturday, I’ll provide seven dinner ideas–one for every day of the week–plus two desserts to try during the week. To make your life even easier, every dinner idea will include a suggested side dish. Happy cooking!


    Easy Meal Plan 30

    -MONDAY-

    CHEESY RAVIOLI WITH HAM AND PEAS — Cheese filled ravioli, diced ham, and peas come together in a creamy sauce for a comfort food style pasta dish that will satisfy the whole family.
    Side Dish Suggestion: Kale, Olive and Chickpea Salad

    -TUESDAY-

    SLOW COOKER WHITE CHICKEN CHILI — Loaded with tender chicken, beans and green chilies, this hearty, slow cooker chili is a crowd favorite. Perfect for game day or a comforting family dinner.
    Side Dish Suggestion: Make Ahead Freezer Rolls

    Slow Cooker White Chicken Chili

    -WEDNESDAY-

    BEST BUTTER CHICKEN — Tender pieces of chicken, marinated then cooked in a creamy tomato based sauce with Indian spices.
    Side Dish Suggestion: Baked Rice Pilaf

    Best Butter Chicken

    -THURSDAY-

    SMOKY WHITE CHEDDAR MAC AND CHEESE — Elbow macaroni is tossed in a creamy smoked cheddar and Fontina cheese sauce with fresh thyme, then baked until hot and bubbly in this gourmet-style macaroni and cheese.
    Side Dish Suggestion: Roasted Broccoli with Breadcrumbs

    -FRIDAY-

    BAKED CHICKEN CHIMICHANGAS WITH CREAMY GREEN CHILE SAUCE – These baked chimichangas are loaded with savory slow cooked shredded chicken and cheese, then smothered in a cream green chile sauce. They’ll satisfy any craving for Mexican food!
    Side Dish Suggestion: Mexican Street Corn Pasta Salad

    -SATURDAY-

    SWEET JALAPENO PINEAPPLE BONELESS WINGS — Breaded chicken bites are smothered in a sweet and spicy jalapeno pineapple sauce and served with grilled pineapple and sliced fresh jalapeno. A favorite of both kids and adults!
    Side Dish Suggestion: Grilled Pineapple Rice

    Sweet Jalapeno Pineapple Boneless Wings

    -SUNDAY-

    ORANGE MAPLE GLAZED SALMON — Salmon coated in a maple orange glazed and broiled to perfection. Ready in 10 minutes!
    Side Dish Suggestion: Garlic Parmesan Orzo

    -DESSERT-

    HOMEMADE PEPPERMINT CHOCOLATE CHIP ICE CREAM — Mini chocolate chips and crushed peppermint candy add some holiday flavor and flare to classic vanilla ice cream.
