SLOW COOKER PINEAPPLE GREEN CHILE PORK TACOS — Slow cooked pork with a green chile pineapple marinade, served in warm flour or corn tortillas.
Side Dish Suggestion: Favorite Homemade Guacamole and tortilla chips
-WEDNESDAY-
SALISBURY STEAK MEATBALLS — Salisbury steak and onions in a flavorful gravy, served meatball style over hot egg noodles.
Side Dish Suggestion: Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Pumpkin Seeds and Bacon
-THURSDAY-
CHICKEN CHEDDAR CORN CHOWDER — This rich, creamy soup features tender chunks of chicken, crispy bacon, plenty of potatoes and corn, and lots of cheddar cheese. True comfort food on a chilly day.
Side Dish Suggestion: Garlic Cheddar Chive Drop Biscuits
-FRIDAY-
PIZZA ROLLS — Stuffed with pepperoni and shredded cheese, these pizza rolls are a big hit with kids and grown-ups alike. They’re perfect as an appetizer or a main dish with a side of marinara for dipping.
Side Dish Suggestion: Kale and Almond Salad with Lemon and Parmesan
-SATURDAY-
STICKY GARLIC NOODLES — Linguine noodles in a soy, brown sugar, and garlic sauce, with plenty of green onions. On the table in 15 minutes!
Side Dish Suggestion: Roasted Broccoli with Breadcrumbs
-SUNDAY-
SLOW COOKER BROWN SUGAR AND BALSAMIC GLAZED PORK TENDERLOIN — Slow cooked pork tenderloin, finished off with a balsamic, soy sauce and brown sugar glaze.
Side Dish Suggestion: Creamy Herb Roasted Fingerling Potatoes
-DESSERT-
OATMEAL CHOCOLATE CHIP PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES — These loaded cookies combine some of your favorite ingredients in a big, soft, chewy cookie that’s perfect with a glass of cold milk.
