- 3 whole heads garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Carefully cut the top off of each head of garlic and place each head on a square of aluminum foil.
- Drizzle olive oil over garlic heads, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Close the foil over the garlic head so it is completely covered.
- Preheat air fryer to 380 degrees. Place the wrapped garlic heads in the basket and cook for 16-20 minutes, or until garlic is soft and spreadable.
