    Welcome to the Let’s Dish weekly Easy Meal Plan! Every Saturday, I’ll provide seven dinner ideas–one for every day of the week–plus two desserts to try during the week. To make your life even easier, every dinner idea will include a suggested side dish. Happy cooking!


    Easy Meal Plan Week 3

    -MONDAY-

    EASY BARBECUE PINEAPPLE CHICKEN — Chicken breasts are baked in barbecue sauce with pineapple chunks in this easy weeknight meal the whole family will love.
    Side Dish Suggestion: Lemon Parmesan Pesto Rice

    -TUESDAY-

    BLT PASTA — This quick and easy meal features pasta, bacon and tomatoes in a creamy sauce, topped with parsley and grated Parmesan cheese.
    Side Dish Suggestion: Rustic Rosemary Bread

    -WEDNESDAY-

    SLOW COOKER CUBAN SANDWICHES — Slow cooked pulled pork, sliced ham, Swiss cheese, pickles and mustard, sandwiched between crusty bread slices and grilled to perfection.
    Side Dish Suggestion: Garden Veggie Pasta Salad

    -THURSDAY-

    SLOW COOKER PINEAPPLE GREEN CHILE PORK TACOS — Slow cooked pork with a green chile pineapple marinade, served in warm flour or corn tortillas.

    ORANGE MAPLE GLAZED SALMON — Salmon coated in a maple orange glazed and broiled to perfection. Ready in 10 minutes!

    -DESSERT-

    FROZEN LEMON BARS — Lemon juice and zest are combined with sweetened condensed milk and whipped cream in these light, refreshing frozen dessert.

    EASY STRAWBERRY LEMONADE COOKIES — These lemon infused strawberry cookies start with are super easy thanks to a strawberry cake mix. With a tangy lemon frosting, they’re sure to be a hit all summer long!
