    Welcome to the Let’s Dish weekly Easy Meal Plan! Every Saturday, I’ll provide seven dinner ideas–one for every day of the week–plus two desserts to try during the week. To make your life even easier, every dinner idea will include a suggested side dish. Happy cooking!


    Easy Meal Plan Week 2

    -MONDAY-

    EASY ALFREDO BAKE — Classic Alfredo sauce is combined with linguine and baked to perfection in the crowd-pleasing recipe!
    Side Dish Suggestion: Balsamic Garlic Roasted Green Beans and Mushrooms

    -TUESDAY-

    EASY BUFFALO CHICKEN TACOS — These quick and easy Buffalo chicken tacos are ready in about 15 minutes! Which makes them the perfect week night meal.
    Side Dish Suggestion: Best Cilantro Lime Rice

    BEEF PINEAPPLE CURRY — Thinly sliced beef with pineapple chunks and red peppers in a creamy, coconut milk based curry.

    SLOW COOKER SHREDDED BEEF FOR BURRITOS — Slow cooked shredded beef with diced chilies, taco sauce and spices. Perfect for burritos, tacos and more!

    GREEK TURKEY MEATBALLS WITH SPINACH AND FETA — Ground turkey meatballs are loaded with feta cheese, spinach and Greek herbs and spices. Delicious served with orzo or flatbread.

    GRILLED PINEAPPLE PEPPER JELLY PORK CHOPS — Pork chops are marinaded in a pineapple and pepper jelly mixture, then grilled and served alongside grilled pineapple in this delicious dinner dish!
