    Welcome to the Let’s Dish weekly Easy Meal Plan! Every Saturday, I’ll provide seven dinner ideas–one for every day of the week–plus two desserts to try during the week. To make your life even easier, every dinner idea will include a suggested side dish. Happy cooking!


    Easy Meal Plan 16

    -MONDAY-

    CRESCENT TOPPED CHICKEN POT PIES — Chicken and vegetables in a creamy sauce, topped with crescent roll dough and baked until golden and bubbly.
    Side Dish Suggestion: Melon Berry Fruit Salad with Honey Lime Dressing

    BAKED CHICKEN CHIMICHANGAS WITH CREAMY GREEN CHILE SAUCE – These baked chimichangas are loaded with savory slow cooked shredded chicken and cheese, then smothered in a cream green chile sauce. They’ll satisfy any craving for Mexican food!
    Side Dish Suggestion: Mexican Street Corn Pasta Salad
