    Let’s Dish Easy Meal Plan (Week 34)

    Welcome to the Let’s Dish weekly Easy Meal Plan! Every Saturday, I’ll provide seven dinner ideas–one for every day of the week–plus two desserts to try during the week. To make your life even easier, every dinner idea will include a suggested side dish. Happy cooking!


    Meal Plan 34

    -MONDAY-

    SMOKY WHITE CHEDDAR MAC AND CHEESE — Elbow macaroni is tossed in a creamy smoked cheddar and Fontina cheese sauce with fresh thyme, then baked until hot and bubbly in this gourmet-style macaroni and cheese.
    Side Dish Suggestion: Balsamic Garlic Roasted Green Beans and Mushrooms

    Smoky White Cheddar Mac and Cheese

    -TUESDAY-

    SPICY BAJA SHRIMP TACOS — Breaded shrimp is coated in a creamy, spicy sauce, then served in warm tortillas with tangy coleslaw and green onions. A quick week night meal that will make you feel like you’re eating at your favorite taco truck!
    Side Dish Suggestion: Best Cilantro Lime Rice

    Spicy Baja Shrimp Tacos

    -WEDNESDAY-

    BEEF PINEAPPLE CURRY — Thinly sliced beef with pineapple chunks and red peppers in a creamy, coconut milk based curry.
    Side Dish Suggestion: Simple Sriracha Rice

    -THURSDAY-

    SLOW COOKER SHREDDED BEEF FOR BURRITOS — Slow cooked shredded beef with diced chilies, taco sauce and spices. Perfect for burritos, tacos and more!
    Side Dish Suggestion: Mexican Street Corn

    -FRIDAY-

    GREEK TURKEY MEATBALLS WITH SPINACH AND FETA — Ground turkey meatballs are loaded with feta cheese, spinach and Greek herbs and spices. Delicious served with orzo or flatbread.
    Side Dish Suggestion: Mediterranean Orzo Salad

    -SATURDAY-

    GRILLED PINEAPPLE PEPPER JELLY PORK CHOPS — Pork chops are marinaded in a pineapple and pepper jelly mixture, then grilled and served alongside grilled pineapple in this delicious dinner dish!
    Side Dish Suggestion: Greek Style Red Potatoes

    -SUNDAY-

    SLOW COOKER ITALIAN POT ROAST — Roast beef, mushrooms, carrots and onion, slow cooked in a tomato based sauce with Italian seasonings, then served over noodles.
