    Welcome to the Let’s Dish weekly Easy Meal Plan! Every Saturday, I’ll provide seven dinner ideas–one for every day of the week–plus two desserts to try during the week. To make your life even easier, every dinner idea will include a suggested side dish. Happy cooking!


    Weekly Meal Plan 39

    -MONDAY-

    GREEN CHILE CHICKEN POT PIE — A creamy, cheesy green chile and chicken filling is topped off with a delicious biscuit-like topping in this Tex-Mex style comfort food the whole family will love!
    Side Dish Suggestion: Melon Berry Fruit Salad with Honey Lime Dressing

    TOMATO BACON CARBONARA — Classic pasta Carbonara with bacon is given a delicious, colorful twist with the addition of fresh sauteed cherry tomatoes.
