    Let’s Dish Easy Meal Plan (Week 42)

    Welcome to the Let’s Dish weekly Easy Meal Plan! Every Saturday, I’ll provide seven dinner ideas–one for every day of the week–plus two desserts to try during the week. To make your life even easier, every dinner idea will include a suggested side dish. Happy cooking!


    Meal Plan 42

    -MONDAY-

    BAKED CHICKEN SPINACH SPAGHETTI — This rich and creamy baked pasta dish features chicken, spinach and spaghetti in a cheesy Alfredo style sauce. It’s comfort food the whole family will love.
    Side Dish Suggestion: Parmesan Garlic Breadsticks

    -TUESDAY-

    EASY BLACK PEPPER BEEF — Tender chunks of beef are sauteed with bell peppers, onions and lots of black pepper in this delicious Asian recipe that’s so easy to make at home!
    Side Dish Suggestion: Roasted Asparagus with Garlic Balsamic Drizzle

    PEPPERONI BUBBLE UP PIZZA — Canned biscuits, pepperoni, marinara sauce and cheese are baked until bubbly in this crowd pleasing pizza casserole.
